 Responsibilities:

• Lead and support offshore development teams technically and ensure sprint deliverables are completed on time.
• Design and develop solutions using J2EE architecture.
• Guide team members in design, coding standards, and unit testing practices.
• Participate actively in development activities as part of the core engineering team.
• Mentor and support junior developers in technical execution and problem-solving.
• Take ownership of assigned work as well as overall team deliverables.
• Analyze and resolve critical production and support issues with priority handling.
• Coordinate with support and business teams for issue resolution and requirement clarity.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery aligned with project standards and timelines.
