Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack applications using Python (backend) and AngularJS (frontend)
• Lead end-to-end technical execution of projects, including planning, architecture, and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical and business requirements
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across backend and frontend systems
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve technical skills and productivity
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in an agile development environment
