Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional field marketing plans to drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement.
- Create and localize technically rich marketing assets, such as solution briefs, demo videos, case studies, whitepapers, and technical blog content.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, product managers, and solutions architects to ensure technical accuracy and market alignment.
- Plan and run field events, webinars, roadshows, meetups, and trade shows, ensuring messaging is aligned with technical offerings.
- Measure, report, and optimize performance of field campaigns, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Tailor messaging and content for specific industries, verticals, or buyer personas based on regional market intelligence.
- Support the execution of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns by leveraging technical use cases and customer stories.
- Act as a feedback loop between customers, sales, and product marketing to refine messaging and product direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, technical marketing, or product marketing in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills and experience executing multi-touch campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and webinar/event platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating content with technical depth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, DevOps, or enterprise software domains.
- Familiarity with buyer journey mapping, sales enablement, and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
- Background working with or supporting technical sales teams or solutions engineering.
- Ability to create technical product demos, scripts, or facilitate technical sessions at events.
