Technical Expert

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electrical architectures for Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS), ensuring high efficiency and safety.
2. Develop and optimize power electronics circuits, including DC/DC converters, inverters, and power distribution systems.
3. Lead fault analysis and troubleshooting, providing solutions to electrical issues in BMS and ESS.
4. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in the design and development of energy storage solutions.

Key Deliverables:

1. Fully optimized electrical architecture for BMS and ESS, meeting industry standards (UL 1973, IEC 62619, IEEE 1547, ISO 26262).
2. High-performance power electronics, including DC/DC converters, inverters, and charging circuits.
3. Successful integration of electrical components into complete energy storage solutions, in collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams.
4. Innovative electrical solutions that improve safety, thermal management, and fault detection, contributing to overall system performance and reliability.
