Technical Consultant Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and management of infrastructure devices and systems.
• Manage and support large-scale SaaS or web-based applications across distributed environments.
• Administer VMware environments ensuring high availability and performance.
• Handle system administration across Linux, UNIX, and Windows environments with large server setups.
• Implement and manage configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack.
• Work with cloud and hosting platforms like AWS and other infrastructure services.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Perl.
• Manage storage systems including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage technologies.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
