Technical Consultant

• Analyze and translate business requirements into comprehensive technical design documents (RDD, FDD, TDD).
• Provide expertise in Wholesale Financing products, including Floorplan & Factoring flows, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and securitization servicing/reporting requirements.
• Lead and execute ERP system implementations, upgrades, and support, ensuring compliance with policies and financial data integrity.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), Redux, React Hooks, TypeScript, Webpack, Full Story, Material UI, and Web Sockets.
• Drive technology modernization initiatives, addressing security vulnerabilities and maintaining applications on modern frameworks with minimal technical debt.
• Lead development of Apps and Portals using Microsoft Stack including PowerApps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
• Identify process breakdowns and controllership issues in IT systems, implementing automations to improve efficiency.
• Design, implement, and support automated, reliable, and available IT solutions across business units.
• Lead testing efforts, including documentation of Test Scenarios & Test Cases, and coordinating SIT/Regression testing with onshore and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to ensure projects meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Configure ERP Financial modules and provide end-user training, including preparation of training materials.
• Utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile project management tools to track project progress and maintain milestones.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract reviews and quality/service evaluations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in analyzing, designing, evaluating, testing, and implementing enterprise-wide systems or ERP applications.
• Minimum 5 years of strong technical/functional experience in Wholesale Financing systems (Floorplan & Factoring, Document Management, API Integration Engines).
• Proven expertise in API technologies: SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, gRPC, GraphQL.
• Demonstrated success with design, testing, and training for Wholesale Financing ERP projects.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint).
• Strong leadership skills for leading cross-functional teams and ERP project implementations.
