Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting attitude together with other DDIT function
- Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products and Improve the ease of engagement with DDIT for the business
- Support the business to understand their choices to handle technology costs and Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions
- Successful delivery and operations of standardized DDIT solutions for the Novartis [business process/site/sub-function] that are well aligned to the business strategy and global DDIT Strategy
- Relationship Management, Demonstrating digital technology / big data, Multi-national global experience, Influencing without authority, Collaborating across boundaries

Role Requirements :
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a business/technical/scientific area.
Experience
- Min. 8-10 years in Development IT with min. 2-3 years in R&D Pharma development.
- Good experience of min. 5 years in collaborator management, business partnering with exposure to lead teams in multi-functional complex technology landscape.
- Be the Liaison in understanding the business expectations and requirements.
- Strong understand of demand management, project management from start to finish.
- Good communication skills with ability to influence the collaborators.
- Ability to work in an agile changing environment and adaptive to changing business needs.
- Self-starter with motivation to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Able to report to management on metrics and performance.
