Job: Senior Business Analyst (with Data background)
Location: Hybrid (Bangalore/Pune)
Experience: 7+ years
Requirement:
Must Have Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis capabilities with Data Migration / System Demise project experience.
- Experienced in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Ability to understand user data requirements and transform them into data.
- Strong communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills; Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, operations, and compliance) to design and implement system changes.
- Process re-engineering and optimisation experience / skills; Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- Self-driven and proactive, result oriented, with attention to detail.
- Ability to provide training and support to user groups on new processes / systems.
- Experienced with Agile projects and understand the application of agile.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SQL (preferrable)
Good to have:
- Preferrable Domain Knowledge: Data Management, Data Architecture, Channels (Customer & Staff), Change Management
- Preferrable experience: 6+ years a Business/Data Analyst including 4+ years of experience working in a context of financial institutions.
