Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to products and solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Analyze customer feedback and recurring issues to recommend product and process improvements
  • Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolution efforts with relevant stakeholders
  • Support product deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities when required
  • Ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Stay informed about new technologies, product updates, and industry trends
