Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to products and solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
- Analyze customer feedback and recurring issues to recommend product and process improvements
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolution efforts with relevant stakeholders
- Support product deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities when required
- Ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Stay informed about new technologies, product updates, and industry trends
