12+ years of total experience in IT, with significant hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Strong background in backend development, cloud-based infrastructure, and DevOps.
Proficiency in designing HLD and LLD to guide the development of complex systems.
Leadership & Team Management:
5+ years of experience leading technical teams to successful project delivery.
Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
A proven track record of delivering projects in a billable (client-facing) role.
Compliance & Security Knowledge:
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance architectures like data storage, metadata management, and change management.
