Technical Architect - Endpoint Management

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and consultations with business managers and HR.
• Design and implement training programs to meet employee and organizational needs.
• Manage delivery of training programs, including creating materials and coordinating sessions.
• Assess ROI of training programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

• MBA or PG Diploma with experience in training, development, and HR.
• Proficiency in managing LMS, facilitating online and classroom training.
• Strong communication, research, and leadership skills.
• Ability to research and integrate new training methodologies and technologies.
