• Define and implement Databricks Lakehouse architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)

• Lead SSIS to Databricks migration strategy and execution

• Design scalable batch processing and ETL frameworks

• Establish governance, audit, and data quality standards

• Define orchestration using ADF, Control-M, and Databricks

• Mentor teams and drive technical decision-making
