Job Description

Cradlepoint is looking for a Technical & Solution Sales Support professional to bolster our Key Account Management (KAM) organization. In this role, you will provide crucial product and solution expertise across pre-sales, design, and customer project delivery. You'll be instrumental in positioning Cradlepoint as a thought and technology leader and ensuring customer feedback is effectively channeled to our R&D team.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Provide presales support for Cloud Solutions, ensuring high-quality responses to RFx/tenders within agreed timelines.
  • Thoroughly understand RFP requirements and take ownership of the bid response for your specific area of expertise.
  • Act as the Solution Responsible for Cloud products within the Bid Office.
  • Engage with internal Cradlepoint BDGS teams to align solution structure with business strategy.
  • Support Customer Units (CUs) with solution and proposal strategy alignment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Sales process.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote efficient reuse of available document repositories.
  • Support presales solutions for deliverables such as Statement of Compliance (SoC), Dimensioning, Hardware, and Solution descriptions.

What You Will Bring: Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in Cloud Solutions, specifically Telco Cloud.
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud concepts including Containerization & Networking, CCD, CEE, NFVI, CNIS, OpenStack, Virtualization, Storage, and HCP.
  • Strong understanding of the Cradlepoint Cloud Portfolio or any other relevant vendor.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive scenario in the Cloud Market.
  • Be a team player, enthusiastic, and motivated.
  • Possess a strong customer focus and effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Capability to understand customer requirements and transform them into specific networking skills.
  • Be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to persuade and mobilize internal/external resources to fulfill customer requirements in the design space.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise reports/feedback to peers and management, adapting communication style appropriately to the audience/receivers.
