Technical Analyst 4-Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot highly complex technical problems related to Oracle Database and Exadata.
• Work directly with customers to resolve critical issues and provide guidance on Oracle product usage.
• Participate in weekend rotations and shifts as required.
• Contribute to product and documentation quality through testing, feedback, and knowledge articles.
• Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive customer issues.
• Mentor and coach team members, conduct training sessions, and deliver knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Engage in My Oracle Support Database communities and contribute technical expertise.
• Analyze workloads, implement best practices, and proactively enhance team efficiency through tools and utilities development.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality, performance, and operational efficiency.
