Technical Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in analyzing and developing technical solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and execution.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and workflows.
• Provide support to end-users and assist in training on new systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
