What Role You Will Play In Our Team
Globally provide support to Procurement organization, responsible for developing and implementing new templates, features, dashboards, and workflows within DocuSign CLM
This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable contract management solutions
Additionally, the engineer provides technical support to administrators and power users, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Location: Bengaluru, India
What You Will Do
Develop and implement new templates, features, dashboards and workflows within DocuSign CLM application
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CLM enhancements, involving all aspects of configuration and implementation
Manage and maintain existing configuration
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DocuSign CLM
About You
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science/Engineer
At least 2 yearsexperience in CLM Docusign troubleshooting and implementation
DocuSign CLM Consultant certified (proctored exam)
Expert in CLM configuration including template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation and the design of the contracting processes and related functionality
Expert in configuring and troubleshooting DocuSign workflows
Certifications with relevant tools as well as PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or Scrum Master
Experience with DocuSign CLM implementation and API Integration
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
5 to 10 years of total Experience Experience in DocuSign AI is an added advantage
