Tech Lead – Professional
Job Description
• Perform ongoing system administration and configuration activities for Avature platforms including Career Site, CRM, and ATS
• Manage change requests, workflows, offer letters, forms, views, integrations, triggers, and portal administration activities
• Conduct system testing, validation, and process documentation to ensure smooth platform operations
• Provide production support by handling service requests, troubleshooting issues, and escalating critical incidents when required
• Support data conversion, data mapping, and migration activities for recruiting systems and applications
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Avature Lists, Report Builder, and Reporting tools
• Gather and document business requirements to support recruiting system enhancements and operational improvements
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and stakeholders to deliver strategic system solutions and process improvements
• Configure user access strategies and support database reporting development activities
• Ensure high-quality customer service through effective issue resolution and communication
• Create training documentation and provide guidance to users on recruiting system functionalities
• Work independently and collaboratively to support continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting operations
