Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end application design, development, and deployment.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Review code to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Drive system optimization and reliability improvements.

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications.
• Work with technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, and Angular.
• Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems.

Project & Delivery Management

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and timelines.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with SLAs.
• Collaborate with business, MES, and IT teams.

Integration & Enterprise Systems

• Handle integrations across MES, SAP, WMS, APIs, and middleware.
• Ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning and retrospectives.

DevOps & Governance

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Manage version control using Git and branching strategies.
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards.
