Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Design: Develop and implement customized DocuSign workflows aligned with business processes and requirements
• Configuration: Configure DocuSign settings, templates, and envelopes to automate document routing, signing, and data extraction
• Integration: Integrate DocuSign with systems such as CRM or ERP to create seamless document workflow processes
• Training: Provide training and support to team members on DocuSign usage and best practices
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to DocuSign configuration and implementation
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize DocuSign workflows and improve operational efficiency
