Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of 15 Customer Experience Specialists.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high-quality service.
- Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service, ideally in the flight/travel industry.
- Experience managing and leading teams in a customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Proficiency in CRM software and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
