Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Shift: Rotational Shift

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience as TL / QA / Trainer

Voice BPO experience is mandatory

Fluent communication in English & Hindi

Age Limit: Up to 36 years

Key Responsibilities:

Team management & performance monitoring

Quality audits and process compliance

Conduct training & coaching sessions

Improve customer experience & productivity

Maintain operational reports and KPIs

Preferred Candidate:
