Job description

• Team Management: Oversee daily activities of the team, and delegating and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Motivation & Goal Setting: Communicate clear instructions to team members. Drive team motivation to achieve and exceed organizational targets. Set a timeline and develop and implement strategies to meet these goals.
• Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance team members skills in product knowledge, communication, and confidence. Empower them to maximize their potential.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Operational Strategy: Manage the flow of day-to-day operations. Develop and manage timelines for project completion, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to keep projects on track.
• Reporting: Create and distribute reports to update upper management on team performance and progress and contributing to the growth of the company by building and managing a successful team.
