Job Description

• Should have healthcare process BPO experience
• Should have knowledge of team handling
• Manage Team of Individuals of inbound and outbound process

Required Candidate profile:

• Should be currently designated as a Team Leader for at least 1 year on paper. Must be very much aware about attrition, shrinkage & KPI. Candidate must be Graduate & proficient in English language.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiner preferred
