We are Hiring experienced Team Leaders for our Insurance Voice Process. We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong team handling skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Job Location:

Okkiyam Thoraipakkam - Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader & Associate Manager in Insurance Voice Process
• Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support/Insurance Operations is
• mandatory
• Hindi speaking will be added advantage
• 2 Rounds of interview, First level (Virtual), Final discussion and salary fixing direct F2F)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage a team of customer support executives in the Insurance Voice Process
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement
• Drive productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and SLA adherence
• Conduct team briefings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Support agents in resolving customer escalations and queries
• Maintain process compliance and operational standards
• Analyze reports and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance updates
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
• Train and motivate team members to improve performance and engagement
• Ensure attendance, roster management, and shrinkage control
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Good understanding of Insurance Voice Process operations
• Ability to manage pressure and achieve targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates with team handling experience in Insurance/BPO domain
• Positive attitude with strong ownership mindset
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
