Role & responsibilities

• Managing and growing the existing channel
• Recruitment of Sales Officers (Off-rolls and On-Rolls as per the manpower budget)
• Responsible for developing business through channels such as Direct Marketing

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - Graduation Experience - 6 - 10 years Preferred Industry - Insurance / Automobile Industry Experience of handling channels Experience of sales in previous job is must.
