Team leader

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive sales enrollments by identifying and targeting prospective customers through market research.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent market presence and enrollment achievements.
• Build strong networks and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across assigned areas.
• Manage leads from initial qualification to closure while achieving corporate sales targets.

• Strong experience in field sales, networking, and client relationship management.
