Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in distribution and market share by managing sales and business development operations.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 10-20 field executives, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain accountability.
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies to align the team with business objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct audits on team performance and monitor key sales metrics for quality assurance.
Job Requirements:
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in direct sales, business development, or distribution (preferably in telecom, FMCG, fintech, or device sales).
- Graduate or MBA qualification required.
- Strong networking skills and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in coaching and mentoring, with experience managing a field sales team.
