Team Lead - Offline Merchant - QR

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales enrollments and drive sales in the assigned city.
• Conduct market research and create a list of prospective customers.
• Lead and motivate a 5-member sales team to achieve sales targets and incentivize performance.
• Manage sales activities in the market to ensure regular enrollments and usage.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet.
• Prior experience in a channel sales role with a 5-member team.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage a geographic sales area.
