Team Lead - Connection Design Engineer/Structural Engineering Design

1. Strong experience in Engineering Design of Commercial, Residential and industrial Buildings
2. Ability to provide and review complete Miscellaneous member Design Calculations and Connections Design
3. Experience with American Codes (AISC & ASCE), Standards and Projects
4. Fully Conversant with Software like Ram Connection, Staad Pro, Mathcad, AutoCAD, MS Excel and Hilti anchor connections
5. Must have Design Knowledge of Miscellaneous member Design Calculations which includes Stair framing design, Railings design, Canopy and Trellis design using the specified load cases and Combinations as per AISC/ASCE Standards
6. Capable of leading and mentoring the design team as the Team Lead.
7. Responsible for work allocation of team members.
8. Capable of communicating with our US based clients and other external stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9 to 14 years of relevant experience in Structural Engineering Design for the American market
• Must have strong knowledge and work experience of AISC & ASCE Standards
• Candidates having prior experience of handling a team will be preferred
• US Shift Timing - 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM
