Job Description
Ghrs Training is looking for an experienced Team Lead - Service Desk to spearhead our support operations. If you have a proven track record in leading service desk teams and possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service desk professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to service level agreements.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Oversee and conduct Microsoft application troubleshooting.
- Provide support and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems.
- Drive efficient service desk operations, including incident management, problem resolution, and request fulfillment.
- Monitor team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance service quality and team productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through coaching and mentorship.
About You:
- You hold a Team Lead designation on paper with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess strong skills in Microsoft application troubleshooting and Windows environments.
- You are highly proficient in service desk operations and best practices.
- You are an excellent communicator and leader, capable of motivating a team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
