Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and meet diverse learning needs of students.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate and monitor students' academic performance through assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, participation, and collaboration.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and improvement of teaching materials, lesson plans, and academic programs to enhance learning outcomes.
- Student Engagement: Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity among students through innovative teaching methods and interactive learning experiences.
- Parent & Staff Coordination: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent learning approach.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with current educational trends, teaching methodologies, and technologies to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain attendance records, grade reports, and documentation as per institutional policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in a school or academic institution.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to various learning styles.
- Proficiency with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to motivate students.
