Job Description

  • Manage and enhance recruitment initiatives across JAPAC and EMEA regions.
  • Partner with Talent Advisors, Recruiting Managers, and senior business leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational growth objectives.
  • Optimize recruiting processes and integrate talent insights into business planning.
  • Improve hiring practices and drive key recruitment programs regionally.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for business unit hiring needs, skill gaps, and workforce strengths.

  • rt new hiring manager onboarding, including guidance on programs, leveling guidelines, and offer processes.
  • Facilitate and track interviewer training completion (behavioral and systems/process).
  • Curate business unit-specific recruiting materials and tailored candidate pitches (Employee Value Proposition).
  • Own interviewer rosters and logistics for hiring blitzes/super days.
  • Provide hands-on training and support for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Interview Toolkit (ITK).
  • Act as escalation point for tool errors or process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to run referral campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Monitor and enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure high-quality recruiting data to support accurate reporting and workforce planning.
  • Partner with Recruiting Managers to forecast headcount trends using attrition data and business inputs.
  • Drive accountability for accurate hiring metrics across the region.
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and maintain confidentiality in recruiting matters.
  • Contribute to broader initiatives that improve hiring health and efficiency across OCI.
