Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unlock insights from recruiting and talent data using Oracle Analytics Cloud and AI to identify trends, predict outcomes, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent search.
  • Develop AI-driven recruiting tools that assess candidate potential, career paths, and cultural fit using NLP, ML, and advanced analytics.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, impactful insights and visual stories that inform business and talent strategies.
  • Design and maintain robust data models and create engaging visual dashboards for better decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for AI integration and workflow optimization.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by championing analytics-based decision-making across recruiting functions.
  • Continuously innovate by exploring emerging AI, analytics, and visualization technologies to enhance talent insights.
  • Ensure ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI in all recruitment-related applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience applying AI and analytics to generate insights and business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and visualization, with strong expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex datasets.
  • Excellent data storytelling skills – ability to translate analytical outputs into actionable narratives.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong critical thinking and ethical approach to AI-driven decision-making.

Good-to-Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Python for AI and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, recruiting analytics, or HR data systems.
  • Experience with NLP, machine learning frameworks, or large-scale data systems.
