Job Description

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate HR Recruiter specializing in both IT and Non-IT roles at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
  • Source diverse candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Ensure a seamless interview process and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers and finalize employment terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with expertise in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
