Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for bulk hiring requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans
• Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, for candidates at various stages of the recruitment process
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants
• Partner with HR colleagues to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment performance and inform talent acquisition strategies
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience
