Talent Acquisition Manager

• Will be responsible for the talent acquisition for Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh
• Focused hiring approach for Front Line Sales across all channels - Agency, Direct & Banca
• Drive Optimal source mix of Job Portals, References and Consultant hiring
• Liaising with internal and external stake holders
• Responsible for entire candidate cycle from Sourcing, Interview coordination, Offer documentation and Onboarding

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate having 2-3 years of experience into Front Line Sales hiring for BFSI
• Must good into usage of Job portal
• Strong Drive on volume / Bulk hiring
• Good communication
• Have geographical exposure of hiring across Gujarat
