Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for various positions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate job offers ensuring alignment between organizational budget and candidate expectations.
  • Maintain and manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Provide candidates with information regarding company culture and career opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and present regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.
  • Collaborate with HR to support employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist in HR documentation, policy implementation, and cultural activities.
  • Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Digital Operations or Senior Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Non-IT preferred).
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, etc.).
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
