Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for various positions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers ensuring alignment between organizational budget and candidate expectations.
- Maintain and manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
- Provide candidates with information regarding company culture and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and present regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with market trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.
- Collaborate with HR to support employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Assist in HR documentation, policy implementation, and cultural activities.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Digital Operations or Senior Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Non-IT preferred).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, etc.).
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
