About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team in Pune. If you are passionate about recruitment, sourcing top talent, and helping build high-performing teams we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment across various departments
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment reports and databases
What We're Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Permanent bulk hiring or tech recruitment
- Looking for Immediate to 15 Days Joiners only
