Job Description
- Associate Vice President–level role in Talent Acquisition focused on supporting recruitment for business-critical and technology roles
- Responsible for building strong talent pipelines and delivering high-quality candidates to meet hiring targets
- Acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and contributes to shaping talent acquisition strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, within allocated business areas
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using market intelligence to attract top talent
- Maintain a balanced and high-quality candidate pipeline to meet business hiring needs
- Manage job postings and sourcing through direct channels such as career sites and social media platforms
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation's talent attraction
- Develop recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business stakeholders
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships, reporting on performance and compliance with expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage expertise and ensure successful delivery of recruitment goals
Required Experience
- Minimum of ten years' experience in recruitment, with at least five years in technology hiring
- Proven experience managing recruitment in large, complex, or matrixed organisations
- Strong understanding of the local hiring market and relevant skill sets
- Experience leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for recruitment
- Solid track record of building and maintaining senior-level stakeholder relationships
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
