Talent Strategy & Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing talent market insights and hiring best practices.
- Drive a consultative approach to talent acquisition, aligning hiring decisions with business goals.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and winning top candidates.
- Experience in skills-based recruitment
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
3. Talent Acquisition Program Management Initiatives
- Partner with marketing, hiring managers and business leaders to support employer branding and internal talent community engagement efforts in the region.
- Drive early career talent program progress.
- Build comprehensive internal and external talent pools
- Create and promote inclusive growth culture
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field required.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with an advisory focus.
- Proven track record in recruiting for technical, non-technical, professional and managerial roles, ideally in electronics, test and measurement equipment, specialty sensors, and aerospace and defense subsystems.
Skills:
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence
- Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics.
- Proficiency in ATS, ideally AI based, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
