Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Talend
• Perform complex data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment
• Lead and mentor a team of Talend developers and engineers
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define data requirements
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems
