Systems Analyst 2-IT (SCCM / Intune)

Key Responsibilities:

SCCM Management:

• Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
• Develop and deploy software packages, updates, and patches.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot SCCM issues.
• Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment.
• Generate and analyze reports on software deployments and compliance.

Intune Management:

• Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device (MDM) and mobile application (MAM) management.
• Implement policies and configurations for mobile devices.
• Ensure security compliance across all managed mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Intune-related issues and provide end-user support.

Device & Software Management:

• Manage and maintain Windows 10/11 and other client operating systems.
• Ensure timely deployment of security patches and updates.
• Support application deployment and ongoing maintenance.
