System Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a key member of the systems analysis team supporting portfolio management technology platforms
• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
• Design structured analysis approaches and recommend methodologies to bridge knowledge gaps
• Define project scope and develop full lifecycle plans for system analysis initiatives
• Coordinate product release planning and manage expectations for delivery of new features
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify system, workflow, and business process challenges
• Translate business requirements into system requirements aligned with microservices-based architectures
• Support QA teams by defining test scenarios and validating system functionality across the delivery lifecycle
• Participate in incident and crisis management, assess business impact, and support workaround solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve system analysis standards, processes, and best practices
• Support rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate business ideas and improve product offerings
• Assist production support teams in troubleshooting system and workflow issues
