System Analyst

Job Requirements:

• Agile mindset with in-depth understanding of Agile principles.
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in an Agile team using tools like JIRA or TFS.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated requirements gathering skills, including capturing customer needs and business drivers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with the Product Owner to communicate the product vision, roadmap, and MVP to the Agile team.
• Collaborate with Pod Leadership and Product Owner to create Personas, Story Maps, and Release Plans.
• Facilitate refinement sessions and Sprint Reviews to incorporate customer insights into the Product Backlog.
• Continuously improve the Systems Analyst function, standards, and processes within Global Technology.
