System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain branch infrastructure uptime.
• Provide dialer support for outbound, inbound, PRI, and GSM systems.
• Configure and support firewalls to ensure secure network operations.
• Manage IT assets, including allocation, tracking, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Provide network support and administration, including LAN, WAN, wireless, routers, and switches.
• Maintain internal IT infrastructure requirements including servers, printers, phones, and security updates.
• Administer and support servers on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Perform application testing and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle business escalations and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Manage branch incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Raise service requests and coordinate with service providers for outages and follow-ups.
• Provide remote support for retail IT infrastructure and ensure timely resolution of issues
