Support and maintain the Absorb LMS platform
Provide technical assistance to instructors, administrators, and learners
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
Create and maintain courses, learning paths, and content libraries
Update compliance training modules as per regulatory and policy changes
Track and report employee participation and course completion
Notify users and managers about upcoming or overdue training
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance
Generate analytics and reports on learner progress and training KPIs
Act as liaison with third parties and stakeholders for LMS integrations
Ensure smooth integration with HR systems, CMS, and other platforms
Configure and customize the LMS to meet organizational needs
Set up notifications, dashboards, and user-specific interfaces
Provide data-based insights and improvement recommendations
Configure custom dashboards for managers/admins to track compliance
Conduct technology research and recommend innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions
Recommend and evaluate system upgrades and improvements
Ensure security compliance and adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Handle critical support issues and work with platform support teams
Maintain system documentation and troubleshooting guides
