Job Description :

• Responsible or planning and designing of Active Directory installations across the organization. And to maintain 3rd party directory environments.
• Drive the execution of the next generation of Active Directory (AD) technologies, including owning the overall roadmap.
• Work closely with technology and business stakeholders across the organization.
• Establish AD security architecture and strategies.
• Securely manage authentication and authorization solutions for on-premises.
• Develop metrics that demonstrate the current risk state, indicators of progress, and directory services business alignment.
• Monitor technology and security developments to ensure the companys security framework follows industry best practices
• Play a key and influential role working with others; this includes engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in the identification of vulnerabilities and their mitigation.
• Participate in the analysis, design and implementation of future infrastructure systems and services.
• Create and maintain documentation on SOPs and System Design.
• Perform capacity planning, upgrades and expansion of Active Directory environment
• Maintain effective communications with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects
• Provides capacity planning recommendations to senior management
• Ensure Backup & Recovery procedures & policies are in place and implemented for all Active Directory.
• Monitor and assist in technical support activities on network and server management to ensure device up time
• Monitor upkeep of the Hardware
• Provide support for maintenance of network devices such as file servers, VPN-Gateways, intrusion detection systems, routers
• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
• Having experience in alert monitoring tool, such as Nagios, spice work etc.
• Maintains the Avaya gateway, configurations etc.
• Managing VMs through Vcenter.
• Managing toll-free, PRI, internet, MPLS links.
• Monitor and assist setup and configurations for desktops, servers, network device OS/IOS/AV etc. patch updates, and various monitoring tools.

Good-to-Have:

• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Active Directory infra versions such as 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of functioning of Active Directory Federation services (ADFS 4.0).
• Strong understanding and functioning knowledge of Active Directory certificate services (ADCS).
• End to end understanding on Active Directory infrastructure.
• Should have some industry standard certifications
• Should be able to identify gaps and propose fix.
• Troubleshooting knowledge on AD, ADFS, ADCS & Infoblox.
