Job Description
- Support clinical trial platform technologies, specifically the Rave EDC System
- Collaborate with EDC vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage Rave EDC FMT meetings, including agenda preparation and minute documentation
- Coordinate Rave User Access across all studies and URLs
- Evaluate and assess alternative EDC systems such as Veeva
- Maintain standard business processes in GDO Systems for regulatory compliance
- Coordinate Rave upgrades and custom script validation with third-party vendors
- Lead cross-functional teams in downstream system testing for Rave releases
- Act as liaison between R&D stakeholders for Rave access and system enhancements
- Work with DTI team to manage enhancements for systems like STAR and DMP
- Provide technical input for automation and technology adoption in current systems
- Manage documentation related to Rave User Access, including for acquisitions
- Conduct risk assessments for evaluating new EDC systems
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Align system activities with executive priorities and regulatory needs
