We are seeking a skilled Synthesis Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthetic chemistry and be responsible for designing and optimizing synthesis processes to support our product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize synthesis processes for new chemical compounds.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in synthetic chemistry or related industry.
• Strong understanding of organic synthesis and analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, and GC.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
