Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills by staying up to date with the latest Azure cloud technologies and certifications.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with a focus on Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings, such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, routing, and firewalls.
- Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator or Azure Developer.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and implementing security controls in Azure.
- Knowledge of Azure monitoring and management tools, such as Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Hands on experience on Microsoft Azure & AWS Cloud
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers of varying technical backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
